Thank you for your participation in Otis Collier’s Personal Branding Session. Below you will find a basic outline of the agreed upon services to be rendered for this package.

1. Registration of personal domain name
   The client’s personal domain name will be registered and hosted for one year.
2. Set up of personal domain name email address
   The client’s personal domain email address will be set up to work through Google’s email system, allowing maximum flexibility of Google’s numerous services, while maintaining the personal uniqueness of having your own domain email address.
3. Customized WordPress blog with training instructions on how to update website
   The client’s website will be based on the WordPress platform. It will be built with the custom design of the client’s personally selected color scheme and basic information. Upon completion, the client will be given a tour of the website with instructions on how to maintain and update their website via the back office. Additional video instructions will be included to explain some of the most common tasks.
4. One year of free hosting
   The client’s website comes with one year of free hosting. This hosting package gives the client the flexibility of hosting multiple domains (websites) to your account without any extra hosting charges. Hosting will be renewed each year thereafter at a charge of $120 per year ($10 per month).
5. LinkedIn profile creation/enhancement
   A LinkedIn profile shall be created for the client if one does not exist. If the client has a pre-existing LinkedIn profile, it shall be enhanced to include techniques that make it search engine optimized. The client’s WordPress blog and Twitter profile shall also be connected to their LinkedIn account.
6. Customized Twitter background
   A Twitter profile shall be created for the client with a customized background to match the clients overall color scheme of their website. If the client does not have a Twitter account, one shall be created for them. Additional video instruction shall be provided which will teach the client how to automatically update their LinkedIn profile with Google alerts, blog postings, and LinkedIn comments.
7. Customized YouTube background
   Video is an important element of marketing and branding. The client will have a customized YouTube channel built with information and links pointing back to client’s website. Video training will be provided regarding how to upload video to customized YouTube channel along with training on how to create a video without a video camera.
8. Ongoing personal branding coaching and training
   The client will be provided with ongoing coaching via newsletters and video. This training will cover the areas of personal branding, career advice, and online marketing strategies.

Payment of Services

Client agrees to pay 50% of services up front before any work is to begin. At the completion of said work, client agrees to pay remaining service fee within 24 hours of sign off.
